Terms of use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cyber Juris Group website and all legal services provided by our firm. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

1. Legal Services

Cyber Juris Group provides legal consulting and document preparation services tailored to companies operating in the information technology sector. Our services are available to businesses registered in Australia and globally, subject to applicable jurisdictional laws.

All legal advice is provided by qualified professionals. However, engagement does not establish a lawyer-client relationship until formal onboarding and written confirmation have been completed by both parties.

2. User Obligations

By using this website or requesting services, you warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate. You agree not to misuse the website or engage in any activity that may impair its operation or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, design, and legal templates, is the property of Cyber Juris Group and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any material without prior written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cyber Juris Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or legal results.

5. Service Disclaimer

Cyber Juris Group offers legal information and consulting services tailored to the IT industry. However, our services do not constitute a universal legal solution and may not be appropriate for every business model or jurisdiction. We do not guarantee that our documents or advice will satisfy every regulatory authority or prevent future legal disputes.

Clients are responsible for implementing and using the advice or documents appropriately within their legal and operational context. We recommend that businesses with complex legal needs seek additional jurisdiction-specific counsel where required.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of legal services—which are custom, advisory, and time-bound—Cyber Juris Group does not offer refunds once work has commenced. This includes consultations, document drafting, policy reviews, and legal assessments.

If a service has not yet begun and a written cancellation is submitted within 48 hours of payment, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion, minus any administrative or transaction fees. No refunds will be granted for services that are delivered or partially delivered.

We are committed to service quality. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us at support@cyberjurisup.com and we will do our best to resolve the matter professionally.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

8. Changes to These Terms

Cyber Juris Group reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through our website. Continued use of the site after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
